26 September 2017 London: Professional Services Technology Group (PSTG) has been named as a supplier on the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) RM3804 Technology Services 2 framework’s Lot 2: Transition and Transformation, and Lot 3: Operational Services. This award followed an extensive evaluation process during the last six months. The CCS supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when purchasing services.

The Technology Services 2 framework offers public sector organisations a choice of 4 Lots from which to source technology services requirements - at all government security classifications. This framework was developed to give all public sector organisations access to suppliers of technology services, from strategy, service design, transition and transformation to operational services procured and delivered at the best possible commercial value.

PSTG have been awarded Lots 2 and 3
Lot 2: Transition and Transformation. For implementing your ICT strategy or services, site relocation or transition from your current services agreement; this lot provides all of the transition and transformational activities required, including legacy service decommissioning.
Lot 3: Operational Services. For services, processes and tools needed to manage the provision of your technology environment; this lot offers all of your operational service needs in 4 distinct service groupings. From end user support, operational security, supply chain management through to data related activities and DevOps.
